Getting an Error while trying to upload an image.

You don't have permission to access /ScriptLibrary/dmxEditor/dialogs/upload.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Hello Micheal.
Check if you have a security mod installed on your server. Also check your server error log with your hosting provider/server administrator.
Make sure that the following file is present on your hosting server : ScriptLibrary/incPureUpload.php
Ask you hosting company for any restrictions on parent paths.
