When i update a record in the database and i upload a png image the resize action will create a jpg image so the result is a blank space. E.g. if i upload in the update page (insert is same) a image.png and i apply SIP i obtain the correct resized image but this is image.jpg in database is stored image.png. How i can resolve this issue? I dont know if my user upload png or jpg

You just need to select file type: AUTO in the Smart Image Processor options:
