The extension works - BUT! I have a product page that the user has to scroll down to see all items. When it is scrolled down, the mouseover effect does not happen unless the image is clicked on. Is there something I've done wrong or will this only work on a page which doesn't neccistate scrolling?

Hi Kay,

We have tested Flash Image Enhancer both under IE and Firefox.
Mouseover effects worked without problem even when the page is scrolled down.

Can you provide a link to your page so we could examine the issue?

The page is here: kayson.com/boneappetreats/layout2.htm - I don't know where to start with this problem, but it's rather annoying!

Hi Kay,

I am not sure but this could be a problem with the css.
Just for the test please remove css from your page and see if the effect will appear again:

<style type="text/css">
<!--
....
-->
</script>

I thought that too and removed the CSS, same problem. The problem doesn't seem to exist in IE 6. I even tried putting the images and text in a table with the same results.

FWIW- Opera renders fine. Same problem in NN 7 so it must be a bug with Mozilla browsers? I also tried removing the margin and padding for the sidebar (with overflow hidden) and the problem still exists.

Hi Kay,

Indeed it looks like browser issue.
The strangest thing is that it does not appear if there is one image (even when the page is scrolled).

We will explore this behavior and try to fix it (if it is possible). Please, accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Is there any progress in fixing this issue? I have a client who really likes the idea of information with the mouseover but in it's present state, this is not very acceptable. I purchased this specifically for the site and they don't believe most of the world out there is using IE or Opera.

This issue is due to the browser. Therefore, at this point we cannot do anything to fix it.
Nevertheless, we will continue to search for some kind of workaround.

Please, accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.
