Small files up to -20mb have no problem.
But most of the times, when they are largers (30-40+ mb) it starts uploading and at the end he says status failed - 404 not found....
Weird thing is it sometimes works, sometimes it doesnt...

I know flash can't handle +100mb (this has been said by dmxzone a few years ago) but 30-40 mb should work!

Is there a server setting I can alter (IIS)

I use latest software versions and ASP version.
Server is windows.
(filename, filetype and other variables have been checked, but no difference)

Best regards

Hello Quinten.

Can you please provide me with link to the problem page?
Can you also try to fill the "Limit Upload Size to:" field with the value: 999999 Kbytes when the Dialog box with the settings for Pure ASP Upload 3 appear?
Can you provide me with information about the IIS Server version?
If you don't want to post the page public you can provide me with link on my e-mail:

Vulcho, I think I found it.
I use IIS7.5 with plesk zo provided solutions using the maxAllowedContentLength was not an option for me. (not available in the applicationhost.config file)

But, it kept me awake and searching for the answer.

So in IIS on the site I needed to click the Request Filtering
Then click the Edit Feature Settings
And set the maximum allowed content lenght in Bytes (not KB)
So I set to 104857600 and it worked!

Phew....
At last, after so many years of pain...

Thanks for your help.
All the best,
Quinten
