I just downloaded this and when I opened Dreamweaver CS3, and click on the manage extensions....I see that is enabled but it down further on the Command list it is not showing. I see my other extensions but not that one. I have downloaded this twice and shut down Dreamweaver so I do not know what the problem is. Can you help?Shelley

When you refer to the Command list, do you mean the Commands menu? The CSS Form Designer should be available on the DMXzone tab on the Insert-bar. You can show or hide this using Ctrl-F2. Do you have the Insert-bar visible? Is there a DMXzone tab? Is the CSS Form Designer available there?
