When I try to validate a list for maximum number of choices, the fields I need to fill out do not display. I see the headings--all scrunched together--but no fields to enter data. Funny thing: When I check and uncheck the "conditional" checkbox, the number field for maximum appears, but when I move the cursor over to it to select and enter data, the field disappears before I can enter data. I'm in Dreamweaver CS6. I'm new to php, and the form is on a php page I created within my html site. The page and form (pre-dmx) does show up fine and work fine on the internet. Lists display. The validator simply doesn't work. I've downloaded, installed, removed, re-downloaded and installed about 5 times. Nothing changes.
