hello!
how do i set an anchor to a special panel (i.e to panel3)??
setting an normal anchor in dreamweaver doesn´t scroll to the specific panel?!

What exactly do you mean?
If you create an anchor:

<a name="myanchor">bla bla</>

that is located in panel 3, then if you need to scroll to it you can apply to any button/link/element the Tag Inspector> Behaviors>DMXzone>Controll Sliding Billboard> Scroll to anchor.. and enter its name: myanchor there

i forgot to mention - the link is not on the same page. the behavior always wants "locate link on the same page as sliding panels".

i have a link.html. from there i want to link to an anchor in panel3 sliding panel in news.html.

Unfortunately you can only use the behaviors on the same page.

on the same page, there´s no problem
