Hi there, I am trying to create a polariod area just like your www.dmxzone.com/demo/HTML53DFlippingGallery/LuxuryHouse/index.html images. However, I have created a test to see how it works and all it says is it is stuck at "Loading Screen".

I can not see any reason why the page is not firing correctly as it is a blank page with nothing on it but your code.

Here is the URL of page.

chancellor.creativepixelmedia.com/flipping.html

Check it out please and let me know the issue. I am looking at adding this to a site and need to get this working as soon as possible please.

Thanks,
Martin

Hello MArtin,

Please download the extension from our website again. Reinstall it and reapply it on the page. The "Loading" issue should be fixed then.

Hi Teodor,

I uninstalled the extension. Then re-downloaded the extension and re-installed it as suggested.

I opened up the existing page, removed the code completely. I also deleted all the JS files and image files etc.

I re-applied the extension to the page again. Made sure all the scripts/images were uploaded.

Sorry, but I am still getting the loading screen only.

Can you please check it out? Do I maybe need to uninstall and re-install ALL my DMXZone extensions?

Thanks,
Martin

Hello Martin,

It all seems to be okay now. Please clear your browser cache and reload the page.

Hi Teodor,

Thanks for the reminder to clear the cache. That worked!

Teodor, just another quick question, I have then inserted the code on my page, however, all the images, all line up underneath each other. How do I get them to stay within the 443px wide and 409px high I have specified?

Thanks again,
Martin

Another quick question.

How do you control the text font size as well as the centering of the text on the image?

Thanks,
Martin

Hello Martin,

In order to have the images within the container of that size you need to check the: Shuffle checkbox

Hi Teodor,

I think I have all my questions figured out. I have been able to customize the css by adding conditions for H4 and P tag.

Thanks again!

This did not resolve it for me. See www.scvzonta.org/calendar/public_events.php. Click on the past highlights tab under the Celebrity Tribute tab.

I redownloaded the extension and reinstalled it. Using CS5 on Win7. Any suggestions?

Well you are using some ancient jquery version on your website.. version: 1.5.1
The latest jquery version is 1.10.1 and it also comes with our extensions. So please remove the jquery.js include from your page and reapply the gallery so it can place the link to the latest jquery file.

That took care of it. The problem is that your extensions don't overwrite the jquery version & rightly so because sometimes newer versions break older apps, but there should be a way that we can run - or at least be aware - that we need both or an updated version.

I too am having the "loading" issue. I reinstalled several times, cleared the cache but don't know how to find out what version of jquery I'm using. I'm building this new site as a subfolder within a live site for testing, so I'm reluctant to mess with that without instruction. Can you advise?
