Problem with z index

Hi Guys,I have my paypal cart working on 1 link as you can see temp1.staffdata.co.uk/prices.html
My issue is my top menu header is hiding some of it... I have changed the .header div to have a z index of 1 but this didn't work.
Can someone suggest a fix?
