Hello David,
The mobile toggle button in the Bootstrap 3 framework is not meant to be used with text. You can add text inside the button with class "navbar-toggle" but this will require additional css styling to align it properly.
We do not recommend doing it, if you do not have some advanced CSS knowledge.

Thanks Teodor - some viewers are still not aware of the 'hamburger' menu icon, so they need a bit of guidance.
