I would like to get an idea how to handle graphic logos to be included in the navigation bar. There is this ominous "Brand" which I find un-useable in most cases. At this spot I would like to include a logo but have always difficulties to "guess" the right size. Navigation does not line up nicely.

Has anybody solved this or can give me a hint how to bring this together? - Logo and Navigation bar

You can always include a logo. Then you should make some css adjustments according the logo size.

Well, i have used logos in many Bootstrap 3 projects and it requires a bit of css styling, but it is not that much of a work.
Please provide a link to the page in question so i can check what you are trying to do.

Thanks, Teodor:
The logo got no padding on top and bottom and the navs should vertically-center in the middle of the navbar

Can you tell me if there should be padding around the logo? And do you need the navs to be vertically centered on desktop?

Yes: I'd like some nice padding from the logo and the links vertically centered.
