Add/edit behaviors button not showing in properties window

There is already a question regarding the Advanced button not showing properly. I have the same problem but the 'Add/edit behaviors button' is not showing at all.Is this being looked at or is there an optional way to access this tool?
Using Win 10 and DWCS6.
