I have the PayPal extension working sort of with static items for sale.

1: The 'Check Out' button is not styled or in the right place
2: When refreshing a page or going to another page and then back, the qty fields in the cart are empty
3: The 'Check Out' button does not work at all. Just closes the cart.

I will try to recreate the issue locally and will let you know what is wrong.

The issue seems to be caused, when the dmxAppConnect.js include is included after the jquery include.
Move it in the first place, before the jquery include and your cart will function normally.

That appears to have worked.
