How to apply encryption with Password for login?

Doesn't work (unauthorised to login).
Same method works with Hash.
What I want to achieve:
Encrypted / encoded password that can be decrypted / decoded.
Or is there a way that I can decode hash?

You must use the same encryption method and salt for both insert and login. What encryption method are you using for insert user?
