Aw that's unfortunate. I'm thinking of workaround by using jquery to get and pass the img path of the image with medium class onclick to a server connect with file delete action then trigger medium delete image button to run the server connect. It would be nice if this can be achieved by using app connect ala master detail relation.

My theory worked!
Finally I can remove the image from folder when I remove it from the text editor using medium remove image button. All I need it few lines of jquery and remove file server action. So cool. Hopefully dmxzone will make it built in app connect because it is actually achievable!
