The pure PHP behavior is not appearing in DW CS5, on OS X 10.6.6

I have to get this working soon for a client... will have to code long hand without your extension if you don't respond.... and based upon your track record, this will probably have to be done.

I recently upgraded SIPP and Pure PHP Upload (2.08, 2.1.11 respectively) and it Pure PHP upload does not appear. The add on pack options DO appear.

I have updated from the updater, removed the extensions and re-installed, opened and closed DW multiple times.

You have threads to help out on Windows, but this is OS X.
