JavaScript error when applying Smart Mailer PHP

Happens every time I try and use it. "While executing applyServerBehavior in Smart Mailer.htm, a Javascript error occurred."
What's going on here?
I'm using Dreamweaver CS6 (12.0) and version 1.09 of the extension on Windows 8 Pro.

Yeah, I did try that.
I've gotten into the habit of doing that any time I have extension updates.
