Hi Justin,

Could you please make sure you have done the following:

1. You have the latest version installed of DMXzone Google Charts.
2. You have all possible updates for your DW and OS

In addition, could you please provide me with the following info:

1. What page you are trying to build your chart?
2. What version of DW you are using?
3. What OS you are running on?
4. Are you trying to insert it on a completely new page or a modified page? Are you using a template?

Regards,

I am using version 1.0.0 of Google Charts. I just purchased it and downloaded... I assume it is the latest one.
I have applied all updates to my OS and DW. I am running DW CS3 on Vista Ultimate 32bit.

I started with a blank ASP page. Added in a pie chart and also a horizontal nested bar chart. I am not sure what you mean by template. I click on the Google Charts icon and picked the type of chart I wanted. After it puts it on the page I can see it but I can't edit it using the built in editors. I have been able to manually adjust the variables so I can still get it to work for me but it would still be nice to be able and use the tool the way it is supposed to be used.

Hi Justin,

I'd like to apology for the late replay - it took us some time to dive deeper into that issue.

The DWdialog is used to load the interface using IE. What version of IE you are using? Do you have any 3rd party plug-ins installed there?

I am using Internet Explorer V7.0.600.16711 which came with Vista. Whenever I click on either the Graphical Editor button or Data Grid button it gives those errors and always opens the last window I had up.

I installed it into the default location.

I am not sure what you mean by User Config. All of the config files such as insertbar and menu are located at C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration. Where should I check for User Config?
