OneCare from Microsoft

Microsoft is stepping further into the services space, with a new security product called Windows OneCare. Windows OneCare will use a combination of it's anti-spyware application, antivirus software, an improved firewall, and computer management features.

In addition to the security features, OneCare will also take care of basic PC maintenance stuff such as disk defragmenting, file repair, and backup.
