Interaction Design Group (IxDG) Resource Library

The IxDG Resource Library is an annotated collection of content on all aspects of interaction design.

The Library is a repository of information about interaction design (IxD) that our IxDG community has created. It includes documents, compilations of discussions from our IxD Discussion mailing list, and descriptions of and links to many interaction design resources on the Web. You need not register to comment on the resources in the Library.

The Interaction Design Group (IxDG) is an international community of people who are practicing, teaching, and studying interaction design. Our organization’s goals are to

  • promote awareness of the discipline, craft, and value of interaction design among businesses, academia, consumers, and our colleagues
  • advance the discipline of interaction design through innovation
  • encourage high standards of practice among interaction designers
  • establish standards for academic programs in interaction design
  • develop a close-knit community of interaction design professionals who face similar challenges in their work and can assist one another in their development
  • provide a forum for the discussion of interaction design
