Opera 9.1: Third-party Fraud Protection
Opera 9.1 now supports third-party fraud protection components. The Norwegian browser is claimed to offer "near immediate" identification of sites designed to cheat unconscious users into handing over confidential account credentials.
The fraud protection includes technology from GeoTrust, the digital certificate provider, and PhishTank, a clearing house for data on phishing scams.
