Dutch municipalities with manifest for software tenders of Microsoft

Dutch municipalities Almere, Assen, Eindhoven (home of Royal Philips), Enschede, Groningen, Haarlem, Leeuwarden en Nijmegen published a manifest with their demands for software tenders.

Open source software is not mentioned deliberately.

They proclaim that interoperability and independence from software supplier should be the most important aspects for such tenders.
