Copyright vow going down the YouTube
YOUTUBE'S has failed to meet the deadline for its anti-piracy software. This could be a serious obstacle to efforts develop a closer relationship with the media and entertainment industry.
Youtube said in September the software would be ready by the end of 2006. The content identification system was meant to track down copyrighted music or videos on YouTube, making it the first line of defense against piracy on the wildly popular website.
