Cisco Vs Apple Over "iPhone"
With the launching of Apple`s flashy new handset iPhone this week, wasting no time, Cisco Systems sued Apple to the lawcourt for trademark infringement, say from Wall Street Journal.
Cisco trademarked "iPhone" in 2000 and they claim Apple used the so talked over name delibarately. Cisco's Linksys division has been shipping a new line of iPhone gear since 2006.
