Internet Explorer 7 installed 100 Million times

Tony Chor, Group Program Manager of Microsoft reported that the companies latest browser is installed more then 100 Million times and that 25% of all visitors to websites in the US were using Internet Explorer 7.

This makes IE7 the second most used browser after IE6. These numbers are expected to rise further with the consumer availability of Windows Vista on January 30, 2007 and with the Auto Update distribution.
