Microsoft joins OpenAjax Alliance

Microsoft is joining the OpenAjax alliance, an industry group that works to expand and develop the Ajax community.

The newly set Microsoft’s Ajax strategy for open industry collaboration is continuing Microsoft’s commitment to empower Web developers with technology that works cross-browser and cross-platform, said Keith Smith, group product manager of the Core Web Platform & Tools to UX Web/Client Platform & Tools team at Microsoft Corp.

With the addition of Microsoft Corporation OpenAjax Alliance has grown its membership to 72 companies.
