Firefox Live Chat Support
Mozilla released a Live Chat Support feature for Firefox users. This service provides real time text support in the browser.
Live Chat Support is currently maintained by volunteers and is opened only for a few hours a day. This release is still an ealry beta.
To start a one on one chat with one of our volunteers you need to:
- Go to this page.
- Click the image on the right that says "We're Open." A new window will open.
- Fill out as many of the fields as you can and click " button.
- When someone answers your question, the request window will change to show a chat field.
- Use it just like an instant messaging window.
Note that this tool is only for support-related questions only.
Mozilla calls for enthusiastic volunteers to join and participate with the new Live Chat feature. You can read more on how to do that here.
