PHAkt 1.0.6 for MAC released

PHAkt 1.0.6 was released today, ADODB 1.40 finally included and MAC support.

Because the 1.31 version of ADODB had a bug that made PHAkt unusable on PHP version smaller than 4.0.6, we have decided to roll out a patch sooner than we thought, with better ADODB support. PHAkt 1.0.6 is the most recent and only version with ADODB 1.40.

A new special MAC packaged version is also released (1.0.6, tested on a G3), check our site to download it. Those who had problems installing PHAkt on a MAC should be satisfied and should upgrade at once!

Changelog:
- (finally!) updated ADODB to 1.40
- cosmetic changes for Macromedia approval
- resolved the 2nd parameter problem on PostgreSQL
- resolved the "Warning: Undefined variable" problem in the Login pages, on Windows Systems
- integrated the MySQL JDBC Driver in PHAkt
- better tooltips on MAC

We can't someone has to provide us a MAC acces on a G4. Othwerwise we can't repack PHAkt for MAC So please help us by providing a MAC access and we'll release a newer version

MM Extension Manager 1.2.027 not new enough?

There's this guy I know who keeps trying to install PHAkt 1.0.6 on his G3 laptop, but it keeps displaying an error message in MM Extension Manager that he requires the most recent version of Extension Manager to install it. Apparently, he's downloaded version 1.2.027 of Extension Manager from the Exchange site and it should be new enough. Can anyone help?
