Limiting File Size

Question
Is there a way to limit the size of a file on upload? I don't want users uploading a 2 Gig file to my web host. Even better, is there a way to limit image size to say 300X300 if using ASPUpload to upload images?

Yes limiting the upload file size and also the image width and height are features of the new Pure ASP Upload 2.0

Cannot get the file size to work in 2.18!! Have tried changing to 1kb and instead the page just finally times out. How can I check to see what is wrong?
