Server Errors

Help!!! I have run into a snag and can't find the solution to the problem, I went to macromedia help file and all it has it info for insert or update with this error. I am using UD4's login procedure and have not changed anything in the db.

I have been searching everywhere for the solution so please add this to the common errors section soon!!!  As usually I will probably find the problem first, if I do I will send you the solution.

All I changed was the design of the login page and uploaded it when it stopped functioning, now I get the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e07'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Data type mismatch in criteria expression.

/members/index.asp, line 21

Cheers,

Duane

PS line 21 is MM_rsUser.Open

Normally we handle this question on the forum - but ok.

Could you post the Connection String and the SQL Query that has been generated? You should query those at run-time.

hi...

I found some message that you posted on UDzone, about an error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e07'[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Data type mismatch in criteria expression.

/members/index.asp, line 21

Im having problems with my database and asp code, and found that you had the same problem with it about a year ago.. I was wondering if you did... solve it? or what happened? Im stuck in here, I've checked all the connections and the code, and my database is fine but... the same error. Do you know what can I do to solve it?

Hope you can help me.

Thanks..
