how to create site map ?

i really need to know how you design site map for web pages in dreamweaver mx

The wite map in DW is very nice looking. Is there an extension or something that will convert this into a publishable (?) HTML document. This would be a killer extension or tutorial or script or whatever it takes to get it done.
