can not use decimal commas in input fields

I want to use comma as decimal character in an input form field instead of period. But every time I try using the comma, I get this error message:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14'
Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.

Is it possible to change UltraDev's default decimal character?

I use UD4 and ASP
