How to create a Help Desk Ticket System in DWMX or UltraDev
It would be create if someone could write a tutorial on how to create a help desk ticketing system in DWMX or UltraDev. This would be a simple tutorial in showing how to create a system where one rep cannot edit records created by another rep without permission. I'm primarily interested in the free help desk offered by Liberum at www.liberum.org. This help desk is great. What would it take for someone to write a tutorial explaining how to create the basics of the Liberum model so users could create their own version help desk.
