Using the Command(stored Procedures) under the bindings Tab

I have been looking all over on how to use the command(stored procedures) in dreamweaver MX. I am having trouble understanding the interface for each command. Some guidence would be helpful. and some samples on haw to use each one. Ex. Delete, insert, and update.
