How do I build this?

Okay...first I'm new here and happy about it!! It seems to be the best place for DW support!:-)

I need help...Please check that page: http://www.ginnyrickey.com/ and tell me how I can build such a thing! When you roll over the links the images on the right side are switching!! It's sooo practical and I wanna use that system for my own page that you can see at: http://www.frenchberliner.com

You're looking at a JavaScript "Disjointed RollOver", and it's a fairly basic procedure. Check out DMXzone tutorials/articles, also I know that if you look up the rollOver graphic tutorial/documentation in DW, then you'll see where/how to do this.
