Coldfusion Chat Room

I'm really new at coldfusion. The site is driven by it and the customer would like a chat room and message board installed. What it the best/quickest way to deliver this functionality?

This is a request for the tutorial. The actual tutorial is not there. Members can reply with a tutorial or someone who knows how to do this can write a tutorial and post it on DMXzone and link from this request to the tutorial.
