search multiple fields once search criteria is entered

one search finds all

Phonenumber1 search criteria will look in all possible phonenumber-related fields for matching results....rather than enter phone number in each phonenumber field search criteria.  let one search do the power of 4 separate searches....

I am trying to modify search so that when I enter the phone number to search/find in SQL database, it searches in all possible phone number fields. For instance, If I enter a phone number 999-555-2121 which is now phonenumber1, I would like to to also look in phonenumber1, plantnumber, officenumber, corporatenumber fields to see if there is any match among any of the nonfax phone numbers we have in the database. I would like one entry place to enter number for search rather than a separate search field on the form for each field...Help greatly appreciated for dreamweaver mx/sql association....thank you
