Email Forms

Hello, it would be really cool if someone could give step by step instructions on how I can email the contents of a form to a client's/ or my email address. I see there are a number of pieces of code avalible, but I can't figure out how to use it. Is it easy? Could it be made easy? Are there extentions that could help me with this??? HELP!!!

The problem is now it has the mailto but it dosen't work.
