Can I adjust the speed after inserting a scroller?
Question:
After having inserted a scroller in the page, how can I adjust its scrolling speed? Answer:
When Scroller Genie inserts the scroller into your page, it also applies a corresponding initialisation behavior to the onLoad event of the <body> tag. By modifying the settings for that behavior you can, among other things, adjust the default speed of the scroller:
1. Make sure the <body> tag is selected (in Design View click on <body> in the lower left corner of the document window).
2. Double-click on the ‘Scroller Genie - Init’ behavior on the onLoad event in the Behavior panel.
3. Experiment with the number of pixels to scroll and the time interval between 2 scroll movements until the settings are to your satisfaction.
