Enquiry Form

How to create a form that sends me information via e-mail.

Hi there,

I have recently put together my website and would like to include an 'enquiry form' on my contact page.

The design for this can be seen here - http://www.soultank.com/contactester.htm (this is not live yet).

How do I go about developing it so that the form is sent to me via e-mail?

The link doesn't appear to be working. What does "Cdonts" mean too?

I am afraid that is a old link to an old site. My tutorials on listed on the dmxzone site now if you look under latest tutorials, most are still listed, or just visit www.cgw3.co.uk/tutorials and look in the Dreamweaver category. CDonts is a type of mailer for Windows based sites.
