PHP => PDF

Having an extension that would pull data from a MySQL table and send it into a PDF document to be downloaded would be incredibly valuable for on-the-fly document creation I know how to use the PHP/PDF library item, but it would be infinitely easier and faster if there were an extension that would allow designers to create PDF documents on the fly. Preferrably would allow for opening the new PDF in your browser window or forcing it to download.
