I´m looking for a good tutorial for a rating system like the one used on dmx-zone. I´m using dreamweaver mx with phakt and mysql-database. Could anybody tell me where to find one or perhaps give me some code-snippets?

Read MoreI've looked on the web and so far only found patchy tutorials on how to use images with MySQl/PHP and integrate this together with DMX. I would like to be able to see which is better, storing them in a table or storing file names in a table and using those. Also how to make the displayed images link to a popup conatining a larger version. I understand that the GD library is available, but my host does not have PHP configured with this.
BAsically, an all rounder tutorial that will do the lot!!

There seem to be plenty of Dreamweaver MX tutorials and they all have one thing in common - a small last chapter on dynamic content.
There also seem to be plenty of tutorials for ASP/Access.
So what about php/MySQL for people like me who have webhosting on Apache and who have not done this sort of stuff before?
