Dynamic Pages based on user selected check boxes

I would like to creat a site that can display different pages that are based on the selections of a user.  As an example:

Here a user selects any number of check boxes then a new page is displayed that contains the items that meet the minimum requirements that were selected by the user.  I am not sure if I need to you Access, MySQL or even what server model would be the best for me.  I would love any help at all.

Tables with rounded corners

I would reaaly appreciate it if someone would share a quick method for making tables with rounded corners i.e. inserting a .gif of rounded line into each corner.  Im sure there must be a quick way to export from fireworks into dreamweaver without having to mess about creating separate files.
