Google Moving Away from Windows OS
Google has seen enough of Microsoft's Windows operating system, suspending internal use of the OS amid security concerns related to the attack on its network late last year, according to a report.

On Thursday executives from Nokia, the world's largest maker of cell phones, and Opera Software, the maker of a leading mobile browser, said they'd support the new Flash 10.1 software that is coming out. Opera's co-founder Jon von Tetzchner was quoted as saying "It is the only proprietary part of the Web we support."
On Friday, TechCrunch reported that several sources, in particular those close to Google, said that Microsoft has a deal in place for Bing to be the new default search option on the iPhone. The blog is hesitant to say the deal is confirmed, however. This follows a January report in BusinessWeek that said Apple and Microsoft were at least talking about making this deal.
Adobe has been coming under increasing fire for the regular security flaws found in products such as Adobe Reader and Flash. Adobe Reader is becoming the attack vector of choice, especially on Windows Vista and Windows 7, and security experts are telling Web users that any modern browser is secure enough—as long as they don't install Flash.

Google announced today the official release of Chrome 5 for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. It arrives less than a month after Google made the new version available through its beta channel. This release reflects Chrome's rapid pace of evolution and Google's strong commitment to advancing Web technology and performance.
As of Tuesday morning, the 8GB iPhone 3G is no longer for sale on Apple's Web site. Apple has been offering a steep discount on the 3G(not the 3GS) since last year and now it appears customers no longer have the option to buy it online at all. Apple hasn't responded to a request for comment about it.
