I would like to allow a user to upload a comma delimited text file to the website, and then have that file automaticaly inserted into a existing SQL table.

I have been searching to no availe for a way to insert an image (.jpg) into an Oracle Table BLOB field from a Dreamweaver insert or update form.

There is a growing demand for inserting more than 4000 characters in an Oracle CLOB field and the implementation of it is not simple.
It would be nice to see an extension to do such a thing and to be able to insert images in a BLOB field as well.
