You can find the component by going through the tutorial How to Install the Component in the Help section of Smart Image Processor. Click on the Help button in the UI.

An error has accured with ASP.NET component Msxml2.ServerXMLHTTP
Returned:
The specified module could not be found.

what shoul I tell my ISP (that lists ASP.NET support as available in my package) in order to be able to use your image processor?

ASP Detect and Processor Error
August 25, 2003 by TJ Lonsdale

I did server check same as Paola and got a similar error although I did get a more detailed message.

An error has accured with ASP.NET component Msxml2.ServerXMLHTTP.4.0
Returned:

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Server cannot access application directory 'E:\customers\sitename\html\'. The directory does not exist or is not accessible because of security settings.

Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Stack Trace:

[HttpException (0x80004005): Server cannot access application directory 'E:\customers\sitename\html\'. The directory does not exist or is not accessible because of security settings.]
System.Web.HttpRuntime.EnsureAccessToApplicationDirectory() +72
System.Web.HttpRuntime.FirstRequestInit(HttpContext context) +263

[HttpException (0x80004005): ASP.NET Initialization Error]
System.Web.HttpRuntime.FirstRequestInit(HttpContext context) +965
System.Web.HttpRuntime.ProcessRequestInternal(HttpWorkerRequest wr) +128

Directory does exist. Is it a security problem that stops ASP.Net detection and use of the ASP component. The detect and ASP component work fine on my test server which runs low security options.

Thanks TJ

Detect.asp returns OK on my server, but when running a page with Smart Image Processor II I get told there is no suitable server component installed.
