I did a site for a client www.rescuegreyhoundsnow.org and the popup that is placed in the center does not have scroll bars when opened in IE8 or IE 9. This is not a problem in Firefox or Safari. Can you help.

I checked your site in IE8 and IE9. ALP seems to behave just as in the Fire Fox and no missing elements ( except a Title ) is noted. When resized scrollbars appear as expected.
