Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing the Human Benchmark Quick Test recently and was wondering if anyone else has tried it. I’ve found it to be a fun and surprisingly challenging way to test your reaction time, memory, and various cognitive skills.

For those who haven’t tried it yet, it consists of a series of quick exercises that measure different aspects of your mental abilities. I’m curious to hear what scores people have gotten, especially in the reaction time and number memory sections.

Do you have any tips for improving performance or any strategies that helped you?

Hey!

I’ve tried the Human Benchmark Quick Test as well, and I agree, it’s a fun challenge. My reaction time was decent, but the number memory section is the toughest for me. I’ve found that focusing on really visualizing the numbers helps, almost like turning them into patterns or images.

For reaction time, I try to stay relaxed and avoid overthinking when the signal comes up since I notice my reaction is slower if I tense up. Consistency seems key, so I’d recommend doing the Human Benchmark Quick Test a few times to get a better feel for it.

What scores have you gotten so far?
