Is 30 days enough to start making serious changes in your rehabilitation process? I'm considering short programs, but I'm not sure if that's really enough time to recover. Has anyone done such a program and can share their experiences?

I was also skeptical about 30-day programs, but after reading the article on https://unitedrecoveryproject.com/rehab-blog/30-day-rehab/ , I realized that this can really be a good start. It turns out that 30 days is enough to detox, lay the foundation for a sober life, and get the psychological support that is so important at the beginning. It is important that support is continued after the program is completed. This article does a good job of revealing how such rehabilitation is structured and why it can be effective for many.
