Non-dilutive funding options

Hi everyone,
I’ve been running into walls trying to fund a major development project without giving up ownership or taking on restrictive terms from banks or investors. Traditional loans either require heavy collateral or come with sky-high interest rates. Has anyone here successfully raised capital through alternative means — ideally something that doesn’t involve giving up equity? Looking for real, workable solutions, not theoretical ideas.

I run a small investment firm and last year we were working on a large acquisition deal that required quick access to capital — around $6 million. Traditional banks weren’t moving fast enough, and I didn’t want to dilute ownership by bringing in outside investors. That’s when I discovered financial instrument monetization. We used a bank guarantee as collateral to obtain a zero-interest, renewable one-year credit facility. The process was surprisingly efficient, with far fewer complications than I expected. It gave us the flexibility to move forward on the deal without delays. The service we used is here: globalcapitalmonetization.com. If you have access to instruments like SBLCs, BGs, or MTNs and need major funding, this route is worth serious consideration. It gave us the leverage we needed — without giving up control.
